Kirin Groups
Manage Kirin-specific groups for file permission and role management
Kirin Groups & Permissions
Kirin Groups are created and managed within Kirin for organizing file permissions and access control. Each group has a base file permission (Read, Edit, or Complete) and may have additional roles (Admin, Audit, Report). Groups can also have additional roles without any base file permission.
Permission Definitions
Base Permissions (exclusive - choose one or none):
âĸ Read - View files only
âĸ Edit - View and modify files (can expand to add Print, Screen)
âĸ Complete - Full file access (subsumes Read and Edit with all variants)
Additional Permissions (any/all):
âĸ Admin - Access to tenant management screens and all tenant settings
âĸ Audit - View and export all user data and forensic logs
âĸ Report - Generate reports on all tenant functions (licensing, activity, etc.)
âĸ Read - View files only
